In New York, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across New York on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.

New York is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and New York follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Wifey approved pizza πŸ•.. Great service with a smile … seems like local favorite … the Margarita and Spicy soppressata good flavors and thin crust.. fyi it has limited seating

This comes with a few different options of the standard New York slice. I went with the Soppressata and Burrata variation. It’s very much a classic slice in that it’s super thin, charred well on the bottom, and sort of hard. It’s able to hold up really well just holding it on the outside. Not quite cracker-like, but definitely not soft either. Toppings-wise, there was definitely a lack of cheese on here - it practically felt like there wasn’t any on at all. The soppressata felt a little old. I did like the burrata though; it was easily the best topping and provided a ton of flavor. For about $5, it’s decently sized, but a bit thin as I mentioned. You’d probably need at least two to feel full Overall, it’s nothing special, but I think it’s a good spot if you’re looking for an average NY slice. 7.5/10

What a gem! The pizza is incredible (we got the spicy soppressata and a corner slice of the Sicilian pepperoni) but even more than that, the atmosphere is absolutely perfect. Their hats say β€œfamily owned” and the staff really makes you feel like a part of that family.

I had a great time at grand street pizza over the weekend. I walked in during the opening credits Dennis the Menace and probably stayed too long because i watched the whole thing. It is a very moody vibe with great drinks. Some characters walked in and really woke up the vibe but everyone enjoyed them. The pizza was soft but crispy, flaky in all the right places and the crust was the icing on top. I scarfed the pizza down so I didn’t get a pic but I’ll be back. IMO better than all big name pizza places in New York idk. Just make sure you don’t confuse the garlic shaker for the Parmesan cheese and you’ll be okay.

This is my 2nd time here. I’m visiting from out of town, Houston, TX, and I think this is a mandatory stop from here on out. Loved hanging out with Doris and Sam! The vibe was great, very familial. I’m sending everyone here! You must get the white sauce with or without pesto and definitely try out their margherita pizza!
